"All risk insurance but still no money 8 months after my claim!!!"

Can someone please respond to my emails regarding my claim I made in the beginning of September 2019!!!! I got an email my claim was approved and then.....NOTHING! It should have taken a maximum of 90 days and it's been 8 months already! Worst customer service I ever experienced in my life (online it even says you guys pay within 3 days, what a joke!). Can some general manager of the customer service department step up please? Please contact me. Thank you

nonostante l'assicurazione FULL, abbiamo avuo un danno all'auto. Contestato subito e ci è stato detto che sarebbe stato pagato entro 90 giorni.
Li abbiamo contattati piu' volte ma oltre alle scuse per il ritardo non rispondono piu'. Oramai sono passati 170 giorni e non rispondono piu' da 2 mesi.

SE POTETE EVITATE QUESTA COMPAGNIA.
Pagate poco di piu' ma andate da qualcun'altro.

Like many others to have been stung by Vehicle Rent’s supposed post rental support, I am still waiting on a money from an accepted claim. The “post rental support” team will inform you that the claim has been accepted and that it is with the accounts team, but you will have to wait upto “90 days“ in the hope that you’ll forget about your claim. I’ve been waiting for my payout since September 2019, with little no response from Vehicle Rent. Wast of time and money

Une arnaque... j'ai envoyé pas moins de 3 mails pour tenter de me faire rembourser la réservation d'une voitureau Maroc... En vain je n'ai reçu aucune réponse...et le téléphone n'en parlons pas on attend et jamais personne ne répond.

Je souhaite me faire rembourser !!!

Auch ich schließe mich vielen meiner Vorredner an. Check 24 zieht sich aus der Verantwortung, vehicle rent sagte die Rückerstattung zu, aber zahlt nicht nach dem Versicherungsfall. Seit 6 Monaten warte ich, es kommt nicht. Schlimm ist, dass check24 sich aus der Verantwortung zieht, nie wieder check 24, auch nicht bei anderen Geschäften, das ist nicht der einzige Fall, dass die unseriöse Geschäftspartner haben.

Assolutamente da evitare Io ho annullato una prenotazione il giorno stesso che ho prenotato all inizio di Febbraio è ho chiesto il rimborso di 199 euro che si sono presi. Ad oggi non mi hanno rimborsato, non rispondono alle mail e neanche al telefono.Sono truffatori state alla larga

Hallo,
auch wir hatten leider einen Schaden mit unserem Mietfahrzeug.
Wie warten nun seit Anfang Dezember auf unser Geld (2541,59€).
Trotz Zusage der Überweisung haben wir noch nichts erhalten.
Wir werden es jetzt einem Anwalt übergeben und hoffen dass wir so wenigstens unser Geld erhalten.
