"Never been paid my claim"

I took out premium insurance for out rental car last August 2019 and scratched it. I sent all the necessary documents off and received an email on September 2019 saying I would be pay 307 euros but may have to wait 90 days. it is now 5 months late I have received nothing and no one is replying to the dozens of emails I have sent. I am now seeking legal advice. Terrible experience and I certainly wont be using them again.

I have been waiting on a claim that was successful back in August 2019 have sent several emails spoke to a representative being pushed to pillar and post. Vehicle rents are not responding to any of my emails I now cannot get through on the phone as it cuts off after a few rings they owe me over €400 which I was told would be in my account within 90 days of that date 10 months later I’m still waiting for the money do not trust this company do not let them take any of your money I’m still fighting and will continue to fight this all started off because of a car that was given was a manual and I only drive automatic cars so I couldn’t take the car on that day. It was midnight and had to find alternative transport To get to my hotel. The following day I had to go back to the airport to collect another car I then had to pay for the transport to the airport plus an extra €94 for the car hire and then they charged €200 for a scratch that was on the car previously. Which was claimed For an insurance and was successful but still no sign of the money.

Pour un simple changement de date de location, j'en suis au troisième mail sans aucune réponse et sans compter aussi que je n'ai personne au bou du fil lors de mes multiples appelles téléphoniques. J'aurais du m'informé sur cette société avant de réservé car j'ai l'impression que la bataille va être dure pour récupérer ma caution

"ESTAFA TOTAL"

Parece que ya se han quitado directamente la careta y no pagan a nadie. A mi me deben 125€ desde octubre y, obviamente, y visto lo visto, ya lo doy por pérdido.

Además, por lo que leo, el engaño parece que va mucho más allá del simple hecho de no pagar. Nosotros no le hicimos nada al coche, segurísimo, pero el coche estaba medio destrozado con arañazos por todos lados y nada más llegar a devolverlo, el encargado se fue directamente a un sitio del coche. Era obvio que era una estafa. Nos dieron un presupuesto así a ojo (qué casualidad que coincidía con el mínimo) y no nos dieron ni factura ni nada. Como teníamos que coger un vuelo no seguimos discutiendo.

Pero visto lo comentado por otras personas, no me queda ya ninguna duda de que trabajan junto con algunas pequeñas empresas locales de alquiler de coches para inventarse falsos arañazos y daños a los coches, especialmente en los aeropuertos, aprovechando que la gente tiene prisa para coger sus vuelos, y tranquilizan a los clientes diciéndoles que no pasa nada, que el seguro que tienen se lo cubre...pero lógicamente luego ni seguro ni nada.

Lo único que nos queda es seguir poniendo reviews para que nadie más siga cayendo en esta estafa. Entiendo que ha sido desde hace unos meses para acá, porque si no, no tiene sentido que la valoración global siga siendo buena, salvo que sea a base de bots.

Ich schließe mich leider den Vorrednern an. Nach einem kleinen Unfall wurden in Italien 550€ einbehalten. Das war im Oktober 19. Seitdem nur Vertröstungen, sowohl per Mail als auch telefonisch. Bei der Hotline geht jetzt sogar niemand mehr ran.
Neben Anwalt einschalten: Was kann man wie noch tun?

"Unseriöse Geschäftspraktiken"

Wow, ist ja echt unglaublich zu sehen, wieviele Leute hier schon von Vehicle Rent um ihr Geld geprellt wurden. Ich gehöre jetzt leider auch dazu. Bei dieser Anzahl von Geschädigten würde sich ja direkt schon 'ne Sammelklage anbieten. Müsste halt organisiert werden...
Warte seit 3 Monaten auf Rückerstattung der Selbstbeteiligung von ca. 300€ aus einem Schadensfall vom Oktober 2019. Zunächst vertröstet mit den auch in anderen Bewertungen genannten 35 Werktagen, später keine Reaktion mehr auf Mails. Kann insofern allen anderen 1-Sterne Bewertungen zustimmen, die die gleiche Erfahrung gemacht haben.
Fazit: Vehicle-Rent ist aus meiner Sicht ein absolut UNSERIÖSES Unternehmen.

Ook ik wacht nog steeds op uitbetaling van een erkende claim.

We zijn nu al meer dan 90 dagen verder ,een nog steeds geen geld ontvangen !

Na veel mailen een bellen .

De laatste weken vaak gebeld en gemaild. OP mail geen antwoord. Telefoongesprekken worden na 1 minuut beëindigd.

"Nach 5 Monaten keine Rückerstattung"

Ich hatte vor 5 Monaten einen Kratzer an meinem Mietwagen auf Mallorca, für den 550€ zahlen musste. Ich habe den Schaden über Check24 an VehicleRent gemeldet. Nach mehrfachem Anfragen wurde mir im Dezember (2 Monate später) bestätigt, dass mir 530€ Rückerstattung zustehen. Seitdem habe ich auf Anfragen, wie der Bearbeitungsstand ist nur Ausflüchte erhalten. Seit kurzem wird auf Mails und Anrufe gar nicht mehr reagiert. Selbst ein Stern ist für diesen Service nicht gerechtfertigt. Sowohl Check24 als auch VehicleRent arbeiten hier sehr unseriös. Ich werde Verbraucherschutzzentrale und Anwalt einschalten müssen.
