"Scam"

I have been waiting 5 months for a claim payment they have admitted I am due. The department responsible for this apparently do not have a phone. Customer service are friendly but useless due to even their inability to speak to the right department.
There is a reason that they are cheaper than the big companies and that is because is an outright scam.
Vehicle Rent show a Trustpilot rating of 4 stars on their website.

"Mancato rimborso"

Il 27 settembreve 2019 tramite mail mi veniva comunicato il diritto a un rimborso e che l'accredito avrebbe necessitato di un tempo fino ai 90 giorni.
Passato il termine ho inviato numerosi solleciti, ma non ho mai ricevuto il rimborso.
Assicurazione totalmente inutile e compagnia che sconsiglio vivamente.

Horrendous customer service after hiring the car. Been waiting on a £225 refund since it was approved on 23 October 2019. Provided all the detailed documentation and was told up to 90 days. 7 emails and 4 phone calls later and still no further forward. It’s nearly MARCH 2020. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

"This company is awful"

This company is awful. They agreed to pay my claim within 90 days on Oct 25 2019. It’s now Feb 27 and I haven’t had a penny. They don’t answer calls or emails so I’ve passed it to the ombudsman for resolution. They need to be shut down. DO NOT USE

"Bad Experience"

I booked a car of Vehicle Rent via Jetcost, paid Eur 68,20 for the fee they asked me and after that I had to cancel it because I was not traveling for that country anymore. It appears it had started a nightmare for me from that moment on because a month has passed and in spite of several e-mails, reminders and a chat at their site, I did not get any answer or refund from Vehicle Rent. It seems to me that this car rental firm is a bunch of dishonest people so do not use them for car rental. I will go on trying to get my money but this will not be an easy enterprise.

Unfortunately I can’t give them zero star rating. Use this company at your peril. I suggest the only good scores are bogus.
Booked my car well in advance, had to pay twice or they wouldn’t release the car at the airport... allegedly due to some admin process and was promised an immediate refund. Over two months later, still no refund of the duplicate payment despite multiple emails and several phone calls... THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED!!

Terrible company......you will never see a refund even if they send written confirmation that they owe you - four months of chasing.....I challenge anyone to be able to contact their claims department..... just have a go before booking to reassure yourself@!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They may be cheap but theres a reason for it!!!
