You owe me money since November. Why do you sell insurance if you can't afford to pay for the damage? Claim accepted but money never returned !!!

Desde Octubre que tengo aprobado el reembolso y a dia de hoy ni un euro y tampoco contestan a los correos.

No recomiendo para nada esta empresa de estafadores. Es mejor pagar un poco mas y añadir un seguro que te cubra todo.

Lo que no entiendo como puede ser que esta empresa sigue funcionando con la de quejas que hay.

Hi I emailed them 10 times and no one is getting back to me.
Phoned them the first time and they said that the relevant department will get back to me within 24hrs.
I them called 2 days later but the line cuts of after ringing 10 seconds.
I think they blocked my number so I cant call them again.
I booked the relax package and I cancelled a week before the pick up date so I should be entitle to a refund.
I can see that all the below reviews are complaining about there money so it seems to me that the are robbing people and no one should book throw them.
I've contacted my bank and they are investigating the matter and hopefully my bank will return my money as I have evidence for the cancelation. robberies

Hvis jeg kunne give mindre end én stjerne ville jeg det. Mere end firemåneder siden vi lejede bil skylder Vehicle-rent os stadig 536,80 € for en skade (som vi for det første slet ikke mener at have lavet, og for det andet var fuldt forsikret imod). Jeg vil ikke anbefale nogen at bruge dette selskab.

De svarer kun sporadisk på e-mail og ikke på telefon.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, it's a scam. I've purchased excess refund back in August 2019, was charged a fortune as the rental company saw some scratches in the car, I filed a claim with this broker and never ever received my money back. Tried to contact them multiple times, no response. I'm simply ignored. Trying to check how can I take legal action now as I have a signed contract in my hands. DO NOT USE THEM.

"Whole service is awful"

Whole service is awful. Got a refund accepted for a claim in August. Still awaiting payment. The customer service number on website, you can't get through to anyone and they don't answer emails. They are crooks and have reported to police. DON'T USE

Pessima esperienza,
Dopo aver comprato la copertura assicurativa completa, invio tutta la documentazione il 28 di agosto, mi viene comunicato che entro 3 mesi ricevero' il mio rimborso. Avrei dovuto ricevere il mio rimborso entro il 28 Novembre, non pervenuto.
Scrivo una mail e chiamo a meta' Dicembre, ci viene comunicato che la nostra poratica verra'gestita al piu'presto. Mando una mail a meta'gennaio e una mail a meta' febbraio senza mai ricevere una risposta.
Ad oggi mi trovo costretta a scrivere questa recensione vendendo che a volte l'azienda risponde su questo canale.
Nel caso in cui non ricevero' il mio rimborso a breve saro' costretta a a chiedere il supporto dell'associazione consumatori e procedere per vie legali.

"Worst car rental company."

Worst car rental company. Had an additional insurance with agency, but after I submitted the claim to get refund and confirmation from them that I am eligible for 354,00 EUR refund. And that happend in 6th November and had nothing since. Emails, calls... nothing happens.I will report this company to customer protection authorities.

I see that there are numerous such cases, so if you came here before making a booking with this company - please dont.
