"Rimborso non ancora ricevuto da veichle…"

È da agosto 2019 che attendo un rimborso da veichle rent di 992€. Le prime email di qualche mese fa mi avevano detto che avevano accettato il rimborso e lo ricevevo entro 90 giorni. Questi 90 giorni sono passati da molto tempo. Ora via email non mi rispondono e via chat continuano a scusarsi, ma senza ricevere nessun rimborso e senza risolvere il problema. Se non ricevo niente entro i prossimi giorni, continueró a pubblicare feedback negativi su tutti i siti possibili, sto per agire per vie legali. Ho aspettato troppo!

Durante julio de 2019 alquilamos con Vehicle-rent un coche en Sicilia con el paquete RELAX. Tuvimos un rasguño, por lo que la empresa que nos alquiló el coche en Sicilia nos hizo pagar los gastos asegurándonos que Vehicle-rent nos devolvería ese importe. Tras enviar les la documentación varias veces como parte de reclamación YY18603646 y tras insistir conseguimos que nos confirmaran en octubre de 2019 que nos iban a pagar los 158,60€ en un plazo de 90 días. Pasados los 90 días estamos insistiendo para que nos abonen el dinero, pero por teléfono se limitan a pasar la pregunta a otro departamento (que nunca nos contesta) y por correo electrónico tampoco obtenemos ninguna respuesta. Nos sentimos totalmente engañados.

La única alternativa es denunciarlo al Centro Europeo del Consumidor para que lleven a cabo las acciones pertinentes.

Last year I booked 5 seat car from Enterprise via 'Vehicle Rent.com' in Bilbao. It was for 16 days which covers all our summer holiday. Unfortunately when I arrived to Enterprise office in Bilbao, I learned that Vehicle Rent booked another car for me which is a cheap two seat car. Actually it was a commercial vehicle. I showed my contract to Enterprise but they didn't mind. Because they showed me that Vehicle rent.com booked a two seat car for me. We are a family with two kids so it was impossible to fit that car. It was high season and last minute, I had to book the last rental car in the company with paying very high extra cost. I couldn't reach vehiclerent.com that day. There is one telephone number but it is impossible to reach someone. I send a complaint email to vehicle rent.com with all the evidences that I was right. I want them to pay the money that I paid extra back. But they just ignore me. They literally cheated me. I am legally right but I don't have time and money to sue them.

. Me confirmaron la devolución de una fianza de 1000€ en octubre de 2019 y estamos a febrero de 2020 y no responden.
pensarlo muy bien antes de contratar con esta empresa, el pagar por la el seguro de la franquicia es tirar el dinero si tienes un problema aunque te den la razón y te digan que te van a devolver la fianza no lo hacen.

Ich hatte Ende Oktober ein Mietwagen auf Korfu mit Vollkasko gebucht, am letzten Urlaubstag leider noch einen Unfall gebaut. Am 12.12.2019 wurde mir bestätigt, dass ich einen Ersatzanspruch i. H.v. 1150 € habe. Bei einer Nachfrage im Januar würde mir dann die Überweisung nach einer Bearbeitungsfrist von 35 Tagen versprochen. Die Zeit ist mittlerweile verstrichen. Ich habe nun eine Frist zur Überweisung innerhalb von 2 Wochen gesetzt und damit gedroht einen Rechtsanwalt einzuschalten.
Wie ich hier sehe bin ich damit auch nich die einzige. Hat jemand von Euch schon einen Rechtsanwalt beauftragt? Erfolgreich?

They post fake reviews and ratings, and lure people to hire a car through them, and they don't uphold their end of the deal.

La macchina era bella, pulita e nuova.
Il personale per niente cordiale, ci hanno chiesto anche un sovrapprezzo perché siamo arrivati in ritardo mentre stavano chiudendo... Ma erano ancora lì e non sono dovuti venire apposta per noi! Quando gli ho fatto notare che dalla prenotazione potevamo vedere che mancava una macchina da ritirare, mi sono sentita rispondere, arrivano tante prenotazioni non posso controllare tutti!
