Auch ich schließe mich meinen Vorrednern an, nie wieder Vehicle Rent.
Hab einen Schaden am Auto am 07.10.2019 gemeldet von Check 24 dann ende Oktober bescheid bekommen die Rückerstattung von 263 Euro würde noch maximal 15 Tage dauern. Nachdem dann nach Ablauf der Frist, etlichen Telefonate und emails iwann eine mail von vehicle rent kam dass sie wohl am 20.11.2019 den Schadensfall von check 24 erhalten hätten und die Bearbeitung wohl bis zu 35 Werktage dauern kann, ist jetzt am 12. Februar noch immer nichts passiert.

Weiss gar nicht wie oft ich jetzt geschrieben und telefoniert habe..man wird nur weiter vertröstet!

Very efficient service and extremely helpful when I needed some extra personal involvement. So far, I've booked through them many times and I have never been disappointed.

"Forced to pay hidden local charges when collecting vehicle."

We took a weeks car rental and agreed the contract sent through by this company. This contract included a full to full policy and no extra local charges when collecting the vehicle.
When we collected the vehicle (from Firefly) we were forced to pay an extra £28 or decline the car rental. We were told by Firefly to take this up with Car Target Group/Vehicle Rent.com as the error was on their part.
After multiple emails to Car Target Group/Vehicle Rent.com, across many months (Sept - Feb), they are still not even understanding what our complaint is, let alone resolving it for us.
We will never use this company again, and would suggest to anyone on a tight budget that they avoid them.

Aggiungo la mia esperienza identica a quella degli altri malcapitati.
Prenoto l'auto a Catania nel luglio 2019 riconsegno l'auto dopo una settimana con graffi da strusciamento causati da un altro veicolo in mia assenza. Ad oggi ho avuto assistenza solo per quel rigurada la cifra del rimborso ma del pagamento ancora nulla. Ovviamente non rispondono più alle mail.

Pessima compagnia . Ho noleggiato una macchina a Catania con full insurance a luglio 2019 prenotazione VQ 60419407 .La Vehicle Rent mi ha riconosciuto un rimborso di 165 € il 30/08/2019 comunicandomi che avverrà entro 90 giorni.Siamo a febbraio e io non ho visto niente.La cosa più spregevole e che non rispondono alle email.Vi consiglio vivamente di evitarli

Ich warte wie viele andere hier, auf meine seit Monaten zugesicherte Rückerstattung (€700). Ich werde immer wieder auf meine Nachfragen vertröstet. Der Schadenfall war bereits Mitte Oktober 2019. Ich habe heute Vehicle Rent per Eamil eine letzte Frist von 10 Arbeitstagen gegeben. Wenn - wie ich erwarte - keine Zahlung auf mein Konto eingeht, werde ich den Fall zum Anwalt bzw. Inkasso übergeben.
Ich finde ihr Verhalten unseriös.

Im übrigen verstehe ich nicht, warum Check24 hier keine Unterstützung gibt, bzw. weiterhin mit Vehicle Rent zusammenarbeitet, wenn hier offensichtlich unseriös gearbeitet wird.

Я забронировал автомобиль с РЕЛАКС ПАКЕТ. Я пишу электронные письма уже две недели, чтобы отменить бронирование. Я уже пять раз писал, но ответа нет !!! Я не могу позвонить, потому что я не говорю по-английски. Жена позвонила три дня назад, и они пообещали уладить дело. Но ничего не происходит !!!
Я начал сомневаться в этой компании...
Предыдущий опыт очень хороший, поэтому я не понимаю, что происходит...???? Ранее я бронировал там несколько лет, и все было очень хорошо.

Once we worked out where the shuttle service was to take us to pick up point the service was excellent. Paperwork was issued and explained clearly and professionally. The vehicle allocated to us was immaculate and all the staff were friendly and professional.
Highly recommended.

"Don't hire! they are criminals!"

I took out insurance with this company and applied for refund in October. They do not answer email. They are real criminals!
Don't rent with them!
