Leider erging es mir genauso wie den meisten hier. Wurde auch abgezockt und warte seit 4 Monaten auf mein Geld. Werde immer wieder testostet und es werden Termine versprochen und nicht eingehalten. Antworten auf emails kommen selten und telefonisch ist wie immer nur in Englisch möglich. Abzocke vom feinsten und keiner macht was dagegen. Chack24 interessiert es nicht und man muss sich selber kümmern. Nie wieder!!!

Like everyone else who wrote reviews here I got screwed with the Super Excess Refund. 200 euros of claim agreed to be settled and then never paid. Called them and wrote to them countless times and every time they just talk BS and buy time, but do nothing about it. At some point they even openly adviced me to use my lawyer!
Seeing how many other people they have screwed I now realise I won't see that money ever again; plus I have been frauded on the cost of the policy. If one day I pass by Slovenia I will drop them a nice present.

they promised me money over 3 months ago and still waiting. The post rental office doesnt even have phone number! if you call them you get to the booking office in Ljubliana and they have no idea whats going with post rental. Promising phone call back and nothing.I see on their fb and instagram everyoneee is saying the same . stay AWAY guys !!!

As with anyone else that has made a claim through the relax package. Initial communications were all positive, then the 90 days message, then nothing
Claim was authorized on 07th Nov 2019
Last time send Email 20th Jan and not get any response
Latest email sent 05th FEB I will update when I get a response.
When I phone to them, they just told me keep sending the email to them. How this company not phone number to find the people who deal with claim??????
Update:06 Feb, still not any reply. Already sent the ticket to UK European Consumer Centre.
Update:10 Feb Today send me this:

Copy and plate homework....Never tell you when you can get back your money.

I get the respond from ECCUK, this is what they said:
Dear Sir/Madam
Thank you for your response to the European Consumer Centre.
Based on the information that you have provided so far we understand that you hired a car on holiday and during the booking process you purchased full cover insurance. During your hire the car was damaged and you were charged by the hire company which you should have been able to claim back from Vehicle Rent.
The company have approved your claim for a refund of the difference but this has not been forthcoming, and you are now unable to gain a response from them. Failure to provide the service for which you have paid would constitute a breach of the contract.
The company, however, have since ceased trading. We have been informed by our colleagues in our counterpart office in Slovenia on the claims process involved in the company's bankruptcy proceedings. I have attached a copy of this for your reference. You may also wish to make a claim to your bank or credit card provider in this case.
DO NOT USE IT AGAIN, THIS COMPANY IS BANKRUPTCY. ANY MONEY YOU DROP IN IS NOT GONNA RETURN TO YOU.

I've left my review earlier and I've now received confirmation from Vehicle-Rent that I will receive my money back in the 90 days.
90 days is not reasonable in my situation (or any). I had to pay almost 500 euro extra on the spot due to an IT issue or some other glitch on Vehicle-Rent's part. I am now paying interest on my credit card.

no extra charges, but I was fully insured and not hassled about buying extra insurance. Alamo was super efficient. The staff were really friendly too.

Nous sommes passés par vehicle rent pour une location de voiture à los angeles chez le loueur ALAMO, pour 344 euros
tout c'est bien passé, véhicule rendu sans problème le 27/10/2019.
Sauf que début décembre, nous découvrons un prélevement d'alamo de 491 euros.après vérification auprès d'alamo, vehicle rent n'a jamais reversé la somme à alamo alors alamo ayant notre empreinte de carte pour la caution s'est servi et a donc prélevé le prix de la location sans l'offre de réduction de vehicle rent (négocié) soit 491 euros.je me bats depuis mis décembre pour obtenir mon remboursement, mails pas tjs pris en compte, on me dit que je vais être remboursé de la somme de 491 euros puis un autre mail me disant qu'il vont me rembourser de 300euros??? d'où sort cette somme et depuis plus de réponse à mes mails.communication difficile car les conseillers de connaissent pas le dossiers et pas de numéro du service réclamation.

"Truffa Super Excess Refund"
Come molti altri ho noleggiato un'auto per luglio - agosto 2019 con l'opzione Super Excess Refund.
A fine agosto ho presentato la documentazione richiesta per ottenere il rimborso di un danno, ricevendo la conferma che il rimborso era stato approvato e che sarebbe stato accreditato entro 90 giorni. Ad oggi, dopo 5 mesi e dopo numerosi solleciti, non ho ancora ricevuto l'accredito.
