Finger weg von vehicle rent man wird nur abgezickt.
Habe im oktober ein auto über check 24 gemietet lief alles glatt bis zu der abgabe.da sind kosten von etwa 1100 euro entstanden(die schäden am fahrzeug waren auch vor der buchung da )hab mich sofort mit check 24 ins Verbindung gesetzt mir wurde geraten den betrag am schalter bor ort zu zahlen wurde es sowieso uurückbekommen da ichb100% versichert bin.
Dann ging s los mit vehicle rent.telefonisch kann man nicht viel erreichen.nur per e mail.die e mails sind da für da um das ganze zu verlangsamen zu zögern nicht zu lösen.
Seit mehr als 3 monate warte ich auf das geld was mir von v.rent in mehreren e mails bestätigt worden ist.nichts.
Hab die sache an anwalt weitergeleitet.bin gespannt was da passiert.

After an accident in Telaviv in august first they did all not to refund me and after they agreed to do it they said it would be done in 90 days. In february i am still waiting and now they don´t even answer the emails!!! Stay away from this company!

"Davvero una pessima compagnia"

Davvero una pessima compagnia. Pagato il noleggio di una macchina a Catania con full insurance a luglio 2019. Il claim è stato accettata il 14/8/19 per il rimborso di 335 € che sarebbero stati rimborsati entro 90 giorni. Dopo i vari solleciti ad oggi nessun rimborso e nessuna risposta alle mail. Pensateci due volte prima di noleggiare con loro, non ne vale assolutamente la pena.

At the time of writing this review I am yet to receive my refund from Vehicle Rent.

I rented a car while on holiday in August and on return the rental company claimed there was some damage to the underside of the front bumper. The only place I had not check when picking the car up (lesson learned). All was not lost as I had taken out the super excess insurance with vehicle rent. So, after speaking to vehicle rent on the phone I paid the money circa 400euro with a view I was going to be refunded.

My claim was approved on 20th September and the monies would be refunded within 90 days.

I have not to date received my refund dispute numerous emails and phone calls.

I am now 95 (working days) from when my refund was approved.

I emailed them 4 days ago telling them that I am now seeking further advice.

I have received no response from them.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

"SCAM -DON'T BOOK YOUR RENTAL THROUGH THEM!"

They have replied on previous post saying someone will be in contact with me soon, that I'll get and update, etc.. Nothing has happened yet.
Paid a renral car on 2nd Aug when picking it up on 27th Dec in Dublin the car company said I have to pay for the rental because Vehicle Rent didn't pay them the monies. Called customer service who advised me to pay again at the counter and send an email asking for a refund.
As of today I have sent several emails, chat with them and been twice on the phone AND NOTHING HAS HAPPENED YET.
