Veramente da sconsigliare.
Non solo per il mancato rimborso di quanto riconosciuto nei termini contrattuali (ho consegnato l'auto in data 11 luglio 2019 dopo una settimana di noleggio), ma soprattutto in considerazione che non forniscono alcun riscontro concreto alle e-mail inviate.
Conviene solo pagare il noleggio base ma pensarci due volte per le polizze assicurative e farle direttamente in loco ma mai con loro.
Penso che meritano le recensioni negative.

auch mich hat es erwischt, zusatzkosten von über 200,--€ über Versicherungen wie Glas,Reifen ect. Senior Aufschlag, trotz der "Hilfe" von Check 24 nichts erreicht, also Finger weg von Vehicle Rent und Firefly (Untervermieter)

It’s a shame the actual car rental was perfect it’s a shame about the insurance and customer service side of things since we came home. It’s been so stressful we are owed 750 euros which was processed on the 28th Oct and still not received our money. We have sent numerous emails since the 90 days and had nothing back and we just feel like we have been taken advantage of. I’m still holding on to a little bit of hope that our confidence may be restored but until then I would not recommend renting a car from Thai company.

"Vehicle Rent zahlt Rechnungen nicht"

Die Autovermietung buchte mir nachträglich den fünffachen Preis der Vermietung von meiner Kreditkarte, da Vehicle Rent den von mir bezahlten Betrag nicht rechtzeitig an diese weiterleitete.

Nach mehreren Wochen Wartezeit sicherte Vehicle Rent mir zu, die Kosten zu begleichen. Nach über einem Monat Wartezeit habe ich noch keine Rückzahlung erhalten. Check24 teilt mir im Namen von Vehicle Rent bloß mit, dass sich die Rückzahlung auf unbestimmte verzögert.

Ein solche Geschäftsgebaren ist meiner Meinung nach höchst unseriös.

"Beware this company"

Beware this company. Rented from Dirent via Vehicle-Rent.com. Car was covered in damage that took ages to actually get recorded on the pickup form. On return was charged 200 euros for damage to a rubber strip under the front bumper which wasn't inspected at pickup. Told Super Excess would cover this. Sent claim with docs to Super Excess who confirmed it would be covered but never paid out and then ignored emails. Would never use them again.

Had hard time finding the location but from there on all good. Nice staff, good price rentals, I will use again when in Auckland

Terrible experience. Purchased in September car hire in France for the Christmas period. Still awaiting for a refund after No one replying to emails I used live chats and still waiting for someone to contact me.
Been over a month now.
Defiantly a company to avoid unless you like being ignored and ripped off.
