Very cheap car hire, friendly staff and high quality car. They WILL charge you if you arrive to pick up your car out of hours even if your flight is delayed and its not your fault. The pick up point is outside the airport

Staff was very friendly. It was fast and easy to hire a vehicle. The fleet consists of relatively models, and they are well maintained. Walked in, and within 10 minutes was out with the car.

Nach einem Schaden in Höhe von 246,78 Euro im Oktober 2019, warte ich trotz Vollkasko heute noch auf mein Geld.
Hat jemand eine postalische Adresse , worunter man die Klage einreichen kann?.

Leider kann ich mich den Klagen der vielen Vorredner nur anschließen. Nachdem ich Ende Oktober einen Schaden über Check 24 mit Fotos eingereicht. Bis Dezember hörte ich garnichts von der Firma Vehicle Rent.Im Januar dann die Ankündigung, dass am 28. Januar spätestens die Rückerstattung von 750€ erfolgen soll. Trotz zahlreicher Telefonate und E-Mails nur unverbindliche Vertröstungen. Auch Check24 war keine Hilfe. Sie haben zwar am Telefon gesagt, dass Sie die Reklamation unterstützen wollen, gaben mir aber keine Kontaktdaten der Firma Vehicle rent. Stand heute agieren die Firmen im höchsten Grade intransparent und kundenunfreundlich

The most stupid company ever.
They employ no educated people to do the jobs that why company is rubbish.
I hope no one will ever use this company to rent a car .

"ABSOLUTELY AWFUL"

AWFUL - Post rental support is the most ridiculous ever. Only an email address available and no one ever responds, it’s been 6 months and I’ve sent over 50 emails. NO REFUND! I want my £700!! Have just contacted UK European Consumer Centre (UK ECC)
