"Très mauvais loueur."

Très mauvais loueur.
Réservation initiale réalisée sur leur site et passant par un loueur partenaire. Le loueur a fait faillite, une autre réservation a été faite mais ne m'a pas été transmise. Je me suis retrouvé dans un pays étranger sans véhicule.
Après avoir loué un autre véhicule dans une agence sur place, le remboursement entre ce que j'aurais payé chez Vehicule Rent et ce que j'ai réellement payé est toujours en attente depuis 3 MOIS malgré un nombre hallucinant d'appel au service client qui dit ne rien pouvoir faire mais transmette l'information.
J'attends un remboursement de 200€, j'ai fais X mails au PostRentalService et rien n'est viré sur mon compte, on me réponds avec des délais déconcertant et en Anglais. Très très mauvaise mésaventure, je prie pour que mon dossier soit traité avant 2020 ! C'est scandaleux. A éviter absolument.

Alert! Alert Beware you have been Warned!!! Total scam. Visited miami to be collected by Horspower car hire thru Target Group. The Car wasn’t Even road worthy. It had been in a recent collision the mileage was at 47,000 and there was so much Damage I couldn’t take responsibility to protect the Excess of $1000 which they take on a card. We asked for them For Another car! No car available We then asked them to drop us Back to the Airport to get to another Car hire Company they refused. Luckily we had downloaded Uber. I’m Still Shocked and Target are a
total Scam! there’s No recourse No refund of Deposit and the Car Hire operators are only what you would call Back Street Wrecks!!! We tried to take a pick of the vehicle they quickly removed it. Nothing we have said has
Made any difference to our Claim of a basic refund of our deposit. Please please anyone looking for a Stress free Trip keep to the Concorde Airport (on-site rentals only).

Update: another 10 days has now passed and still no refund. It’s impossible to get hold of anyone who can help. If there is no refund by the end of the month we are now reporting them to the European Commission for fraud. Sort yourselves out Vehicle Rent!

I’ve been waiting for a refund of over €500 for over 3 months now. This company is a total scam! They do not respond to any emails or phone calls. Do not use!!

"Rented a car with extra insurance"

Rented a car with extra insurance. Had to pay £150 taxes for Damage to the car on return. They owe me over £300 from a successful insurance claim for the rest of the money. I have now been waiting 93 days for that payment. Do not use this company, they still haven’t paid me and the communication is awful. There is no number to call if there is an issue, only an email address and it takes weeks for them to respond.


Edit: I have still not received a refund from this company! The claim was made in July and was approved in August. This is way over the 90 days it ‘could’ take to receive payment.

Rogue company, Very terrible rental company.
Don't dare to deal with them.
I rent a car from them with package of full insurance.
Due to a scratch at the car, I had to pay additional 150 euro.
I claim for the 150 euro, after filling a lot of papers.
They returned me email of confirmation.
They told me to wait 3 months.
I didn't get the payment back even after 3 months.

Staff were very accommodating with a driver error and sorted out no problem, the car pick up was a little hassle due to not enough staff and too many collections at once, the return was easy and quick, would recommend.

Staff are friendly and helpful, Shuttle bus from P4 was ok,The office is about 10/15 minute away from Airport when you keep to the speed limit, We have booked again for the new year break with Surprice.
