Excellent customer services at Budget desk in Arrivals Hall atBelfast International Airport.
Budget car location pick up easy to find even in the dark!
Didn’t like having to return keys to Budget Desk in Arrivals Hall - had to then back track to departures hence only 4 stars - was okay this trip as I was travelling on my own but would be an inconvenience if I was travelling with my grandchildren.

No nonsense, efficient and no pressure selling of extra insurance. full to full fuel, easy to find, good cars. Very expensive if you want to extend your contract, so if yo don't know how long you need, book more days and bring back early

I booked through an online site, it all went quite smoothly. At the airport, we were greeted by a nice man in a good van who drove us the 10 + minutes to their facility. They have a good selection of vehicles and the staff were very courteous and efficient. There was a small problem with the car I got; I went back the next day and they changed it for a different one of the same class with little trouble. Overall I would say this was an excellent choice in rental company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or rent from them again in the future.
