Scam. I was charged 29 USD ( as service fees) without being issued insurance. Who is charging service fees without providing actual service?

Service fee 29 USD - paid

After that, I got four calls asking to make the payment again, lol.

P.S. They promised to refund the "service fee." however, I disputed it already

They are not a legitimate company beware. I have the screenshots of the conversations I had with their so call Operations department and they're not licensed. BEWARE they will contact you via whatsapp which is sketchy.
