BBQ out for the first time this year, burners and heat deflectors had got a bit rusty. Found on line, ordered and a few days later - delivered. Just the job.
They weren't the cheapest, but did have stock.

Placed order then I phoned up a day or two later to ask for additional item in the same delivery - they didn’t have it in stock but offered to waive delivery fee when they sent second piece. Great service already; then that afternoon stock arrived and they phoned to say all would be shipped together. Great flexible, personal service that can often be missing when ordering online elsewhere.

Honestly they couldnt be more helpful. The order was dispatched quicker than they promised, when the package got lost by a third party deliver service they went out id their way to help me and the third party find the package. They even went as far to double check that everything arrived in the end and make sure it was all the correct itnes for my BBQ. Will definitely be using them again and have already and will continue to advise others to use them.
