Tried to cancel the appointment the night before , unable to get through . Tried first thing in the morning , went through to the vet receptionist , who was lovely and sent me to the front desk , they said wrong number but passed the phone to the girls .
They said you will loose your deposit , tried to explain I have been trying to call. Said I will be there in 5 minutes and they said too late now we have another dog in.

Waiting for head office to confirm the refund of the deposit .
