Great staff, very professional. Treated both my dogs kindness and care. Monty came home looking and smelling amazing. Millie enjoyed her nail clip.

Kept our dog for 1.5. Hours in a back room on a very hot day - only to call us at end of the 1.5 hours to say they had been too busy to groom him !
When we went to collect him he was crying and barking and very distressed. Solihull / Shirley branch. Groom guy was useless in explaining why he hadn’t completed the groom we booked 4 weeks ago and when called the store manager just said sorry he couldn’t do it.
We have used this groom many times but seems all staff have changed and now it’s a one (useless) man show.
My dog was really distraught for the evening so I dread to think what had happened to him in the 1.5 hours. Never ever again.

The guys was lovely and so helpful, even tho they didn't know I was disabled but saw I was having a few issues with Polly they went out of their way to help every way they could and I found that remarkable.
Thank you for a brilliant service and the brilliant help I will be coming back with Polly :)

The girls in the groom room are brilliant with Echo (my husky) and we love that she doesn't shed as much afterwards. (It's also nice to have an hour without out velcro pup knowing she is safe with the girls) 😂
