Zeus is always excited to get to the Groom Room. He is relaxed and happy while there. The groomers know him and have been pampering him since he was tiny. The groomers are lovely and always welcoming.

"Poor experience and slipping standards "
After having 2 appointments cancelled due to staff shortages I finally got to my rescheduled appointment. After telling me the full groom booked would take 2 hours, I got a phone call after 30 mins saying it would take 4 hours! When I asked why it was because they kept stopping to do walk in nail clipping. I asked to speak to the manager as not only was this inconveniencing me and wasting half a day but I was concerned about my poor dog being picked up and put down throughout this just so they could earn more money despite me having a pre-existing appointment. In the end the manager agreed to help and it took just under 3 hours. She has offered a discount which ended up being the grand sum of £9! I have always had good experiences here in the past but the service and standards have dropped massively. Staff did not appear confident or well trained either. Will certainly consider whether I bring my dog here again

1st time of using you and it's the best marley coat has looked. Marley can be a nightmare having a bath but the patience of staff to get him looking nice we are happy. Booked in next month for a cut

Always very considerate with my dog's level of nervousness. They listen to any concerns I may have and act accordingly.
One suggestion is to have a way of prepopulating the forms as customers have to give the same information which then has to be handwritten each time. Customers could check the pre-populated form, complete tick boxes to confirm details are correct, which would save the groomers' time.

Nicola and the team are fantastic and really have done a great job with Rocky. Nicola has been working with Rocky since he was a puppy and is professional and welcoming making everyone feel at ease!

Had to wait quite a while to be booked in past my appointment due to staff shortage. Paid an additional £10 for the full spa treatment but dogs ears not plucked and he didnt smell of the doggy cologne so I dont think we got the full package I paid extra for

They’ve cut my dog !!!
They used clippers when they weren’t supposed.
They didn’t even tell me they had hurt my dog or that he had an open wound!
They won’t care about it either apparently because the staff say they don’t use clippers that’s good enough and have accused me of doing this to my dog!
Disgusting, unprofessional, shocking behaviour and emails from the company.
