My pup’s last groom was in May with the branch in Ashton under lyne . Greater Manchester. I rebook , then they are fond of cancelling on the day or day before , leaving you with no other choices . Our appt for tomm has just been cancelled by them again . Then they blame my pet that she needs two people and other staff is ill, which is the usual story. Cancelling my appointments last minutes isn’t a good service. This has happened up to 5 times with this groomers since I’ve been using them for a year plus. I will be looking for a more reliable and friendly groomers .

My dog is very excitable and noisy when he goes to the groomers or the vets. The groomers are all very patient with his toddler tantrums and he always looks very smart when I collect him.

We took my mother's elderly Shitzhou to the Kingsteignton branch today and cannot praise them enough. Charlie has always been difficult to groom and gets very stressed. The girls made a fuss of him and put him at his ease.
We were delighted when we picked him up. Not only was he perfectly groomed but was happy and contented.
We cannot recommend them highly enough.
