"Don't take if you want your dog to get an absess"

My cavapoo has been here several times but last September he got an absess caused by nicking his skin cost me nearly £200 for vet fee went back and they apologised and said next time to take him to Vets for Pets and they would see to him free of charge as it was there mistake. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned always telling them to be careful. My dog went last week and this morning he started again with exactly same symptoms, shaking yelping and constantly going to his anal area. Rang Vets for Pets and was told to ring Groom Room,Rang Groom Room, they deny it was them, no record of me ever saying to be careful...what a surprise!!!! Absolutely disgusting paid £53 for and Groom then today had to pay £117 for antibiotics and antiiflamatories...poorly woof due to negligence. Won't be taking my dog here ever again!!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I had to wait out of sight for a while, but that was no hardship. Copper was clipped and groomed beautifully, it was worth the wait.
