Not only did they ship the fan super fast, they also included small zip ties because they knew that I would need them when replacing my fan. And it came with a personalized note which is always a nice touch! They have earned my future business!

I have recently have gotten into 3D printing and needed some parts for upgrades. Parts3D is a reliable small business that had reasonable pricing. I get my parts days before the calculated arrival date. On the receipt I get a nice message from one of the owners and a small bag of Jelly Bellies. I just really like those little personal touches which tells me that this business CARES for their customers rather than just see me as just a client. I will continue to buy from Parts3D because of their customer service and the available parts that I need to continue with my tinkering in 3D printing.
