I have worked with Partsbuilt 3D on many occasions and have never been disappointed. My products have always been delivered on time and my orders are correct. Jonah and Hannah are always a pleasure to work with.. If you are not happy, then they are not happy.

"Rescued my old printer"

The PINTA probe on my Prusa MK2 broke recently. This printer required V1 probe which is no longer shipped by Prusa. I was able to find and order the part at Partsbuilt 3D which arrived promptly. The probe works fine. I also had a problem with the z-axis stepper motor for which I ordered a replacement from Partsbuilt 3D. I won’t hesitate to return to this company for my future needs.

Excellent customer service. They have been great to work with and I will always check with them first if I need any 3D printed related parts or supplies. Their shipping charges are a little high and add cost to the order but well worth it for such good service. I have ordered twice from them and both times my items arrived packaged better then expected or needed and included extras not on my order. They appreciate me a customer no matter the size of the order.
