"Over Christmas"
Over Christmas, I was ordering a part I needed for my truck to get out of town for the holidays. It was delayed in USPS. This company went the extra mile to make sure I was going to be up and running. Thanks, I'm back on the road!

"Compliments to Jonah at Partsbuilt.com."
Compliments to Jonah at Partsbuilt.com.
I purchased a Flashforge Guider 2S high temp 3d printer from Flashforge-USA a few months ago.
I’ve used a Finder printer a little in the past but wanted a larger unit hence the Guider. I thought buying it from Flashforge-USA would entitle me to one-on-one customer help. My new Guider was problematic almost out of the box. Telephone calls to Flashforge went unanswered and messages ignored. Help was by email communication only and took anywhere from 2 to 4 days for response and many times directed me to use U-Tube. Their customer service, in my opinion, deserves only an F-.
Being fairly new to 3d printing and not knowing much made most printing problems unsolvable for me. Flashforge’s user manual wasn’t of much value. I used the internet and YouTube trying to resolve things.
Probably the worst problem was filament plugging in the heat sink. I had no precise information of filament travel through the heat sink, PTFE, heat break, heater block, and nozzle. My manual didn’t show me what parts my Guider 2S HT actually had.
Finally I’d had it and was ready to quit 3d printing and chalk it up as a loss when I accidentally came across a Partsbuilt.com advertisement on the internet. It included an email address and even a telephone number.
I dialed the number and a man actually answered. He said hello, my name is Jonah (he spelled it for me), how can I help you. A human voice, wow.
I tried to give him an idea of all my 3d print problems but started with the filament plugging. He asked if the small visible fan by the nozzle was working. No, it wasn’t. He said that’s probably causing the plugging in the heat sink.
The Guider was under warrantee and I asked Flashforge-USA for a replacement fan. After much arguing they agreed to send me a replacement. Because of the anticipated long wait, I just bought one from Flashforge. It didn’t work, but the second one I received did. Flashforge made no offer to refund my money for the faulty one I had paid for.
On with my story. I ordered and received two heat sinks to replace my damaged ones and also the correct PTFE tubes that Jonah at Partsbuilt correctly chose. Jonah also gave me detailed instructions how to assemble the PTFE tube into the heat sink and followed by the heat break and exactly how the heater block was to fit followed by the nozzle.
This solved all filament plugging problems. Finally! Jonah then recommended a procedure for Z- axis calibration, leveling, etc. And advised stiffer build plate springs. I should then delete all Flashprint stuff and reinstall the latest Flashprint version.
I did all this and experimented with the multitude of Flashprint variables to quickly get a great smooth print that sticks to the build plate without using any glue!
I’m a happy camper and now love my Guider 2S high temp. But only because of what Jonah at Partsbuilt did for me. Consequently I will only use Partsbuilt for my 3d printer needs.
I must add that Hannah, who handles all shipments in timely fashion, includes a package of jelly beans for me. It makes unpacking supplies much more enjoyable.

"Awesome shop"
Awesome shop! Very responsive to emails and are super friendly and helpful! The hand written note in every order is a very nice touch. Feels like I'm shopping from a friend. Great source for buying OEM parts for your printer without having to wait for overseas shipping and paying overseas shipping prices. Can't recommend them enough!
