I sent 3 different Shipments, only 1 was in stock, the other 2 shipments were not in stock, they lost my products and there were very valuable books in them. Do not find a company that does not inspire trust in any way.

I have sent books to most of the buyback companies and this one was easily the worse. Most of the others have your money to you within 14 days of sending your books. This one worse than Ghetto. I really do not know how they are still in business. I had to buy my own label, most buybacks pay for that. Sent books in November 2023. No communication, unless I sent them something first. Anyway 8 months later and they don't know anything about my books and said there is nothing they can do. No refund for buying the label which they said they would. Avoid this company at all cost
