"Fatboy Grand Edison Fiasco DONT BUY!!!!!"
Fatboy - more like Fatwallets!! Bought two Grand Edison Lamps, £1000 in total, and have bought further small lights as well. One of the large lamps has stopped working, and to date we have not been able to get hold of them via email, letter and they are not taking calls because of the pandemic?!! The UK are in full lockdown and manage to trade and deliver customer service succesfully. Im not letting this go - and would advice other buyers BEWARE!! Excuses are not part of customer service!!

Ordered a product from Fatboy over a month ago which has not arrived, tried to contact customer service numerous times but no reply. There is a message that they are not accepting phone calls due to Covid 19 which seems like an excuse, most other firms seems to be coping with the pandemic perfectly ok.
I would avoid them at all cost!

Délais annoncés fantaisistes. Les délais réels sont à minima deux fois plus long. Quand on les interroge à ce sujet, ils répondent qu'ils sont au courant!
Livraison gratuite annoncée sur le site, mais facturée quand même au moment de la commande...

"I "bought" a service from this site"
I bought a service from this site. They told me the service would take 3-4 hours. The service would be starting at 1pm est. I was online Information ready to go, they told me that the team took another order over mine and i would have to wait. I had already paid. Then they proceeded to finally start, played for maybe an hour logged off and told me now it would take 3-4 days to finish. Obviously I wasnt happy. All i got was a bunch of excuses about why they spent my in game currency and then they decided to just refund me instead of completing the order they started hours late. Also compromising my account security. I would give this a negative review if possible. Do not purchase from this site, they are like used car salesmen, they will tell you what you want to hear in order to make a sale and then sell you a lemon.

"GEEN!! service Rockcoco 10.0 lamp"
Heb 5 jaar terug een Rockcoco 10.0 kroonluchter buitenlamp gekocht en hij doet het niet meer. Hij heeft 3 jaar buiten gehangen en is nu stuk. Na contact met de servicedienst via de mail kreeg ik steeds geen antwoord. Later kon ik bellen en kreeg het antwoord dat er geen service meer werd verleend op deze lamp en hem dus kon weggooien! een lamp van € 600,- na 3 jaar weggooien is toch wel de slechtste service die je niet verwacht van zo'n dure lamp!! Niet kopen dus is het advies of elke 3 jaar 600 euro besteden.

Le "Service client" s'il on peut appeler cela comme ça est pire qu'inefficace... il est absent... cela fait plus de 2 mois que j'attends une réponses suite au signalement d'un produit défectueux (2 mois après l'achat). Rebroussez chemin, cette marque n'en est pas une... ce sont des pro de l'arnaque !
