"Waardeloos product"

Waardeloos product ! NB 10 gekocht voor bij het Kerstpakket van mijn werknemers. 1 van tevoren uitgeprobeerd en ja in de gebruiksaanwijzing staat dat je heel voorzichtig met het draai mechanisme moet omgaan, Alle werknemers geïnstrueerd ; alleen voorzichtig met de klok mee iets opdraaien { niet terug want dan gaat het zeker fout ) maar op 1 na is het mechanisme na 1 week van 9 !!! stuk
Conclusie : waardeloos product
Fatboy moet zich schamen en dit direct van de markt halen .
een voor ons allen oude bekende petroleum lampje voor vaak minder dan 10 euro doet het veel beter!!
Ervaringen bij de zaak waar ik ze kocht ( Paagman in Den Haag ) is hetzelfde. Schaamteloos van Fatboy

"Horrible quality"

Horrible quality. The structure of the hamac is not for outside ! The entire structure is already all rusted after 3 months only. I badly regret my purchase. Way too expensive for such an awful quality. Never again.

Prodotto pessimo e servizio clienti ancora peggiore. Non comprateli!!! Mi hanno fatto perdere tantissimo tempo.

"Did not fulfill order"

I placed an order for 3 items through the website and received an automated confirmation of the order received and fulfillment started.
A full week went by with no further information form the company after which I received a refund notification without any explanation.
Is it just robots staffing their warehouse?

"Poor Customer Services"

I ordered the Transloetje which arrived promptly - however the lamp is faulty.

Fatboy either ignore you completely, or take far too long to respond with something asinine; now I'm stuck with a £95 table lamp that's faulty, because I can't print three invoices to attach to the outside of the package.

Don't be deceived by their price point - I expected a quality product, and I expected that their customer services would be reflective of this, but they're trashy and surprisingly unprofessional.

I'm glad that I didn't order anything more expensive - now I know to avoid them in future.

"Le hamac fatboy sèche en 3 jours…"

Le hamac fatboy ne peut être utilisé dans des pays où il pleut souvent car il lui faut 3 jours pour sécher. Voici ce que fatboy répond :

1. Posez le hamac sur le sol et pressez autant d'eau que possible avec un chiffon sec, panneau par panneau, en direction des coutures.
2. Réglez une des sangles à la longueur maximum.

3. Rattachez le hamac au support.
4. Tournez le hamac un quart de tour et accrochez-le derrière le support. L'eau sortira plus rapidement.

Les hamacs Fatboy sont généralement protégés contre la pluie, mais il se peut que l'eau reste dans le hamac en s'infiltrant par les coutures. Nous vous conseillons de conserver le hamac dans un endroit sec après l'usage.

"Fatboy.com - poor quality, poor customer service"

Very poor quality, very poor customer service 🙄😡! My Edison the Giant lamp arrived 2 weeks ago - and nobody can sit next to it when it is lit, as it produces a constant high tone. This is really annoying. I wrote to customer service of fatboy.com 4 days ago, but got no reaction at all. So sad, especially when you regard the price of the lamp.

J’ai acheté 4 lampes d’extérieur bolleke ,2 ne marchent plus 1 an après , encore sous garantie
Ils n’ont rien voulu savoir même avec mail ,photos ,preuve d’achat
SAV en dessous de tout et pas de contact direct téléphonique
Inadmissible !
