Advertised they would assemble wardrobe set at extra cost then said they couldn’t they are still advertising they can assemble the set

I ordered a bedroom set and paid to have it assembled. The delivery was on time and the two men put the wardrobe together quickly and efficiently.
I was a little disappointed with the wardrobe. It looks good but the hanging rails are too low leaving my clothes trailing on the base.
The rest of the furniture was as expected....Good value for money.

Generally good communication responded to emails promptly, wardrobe is lovely sturdy and not to hard to assemble, drawers are also lovely despite a couple of issues with the finish in places, Bedkings did offer to replace the two parts but l declined as would have had to fully dismantle and rebuild as first parts you put together. Would advise them that they may need a good quality checker to pick up issues before sending out

We purchased the Lancaster 4 Piece Set in cream for our guest bedroom.

Quick delivery date and time slot sent by text along with driver tracking link.

The driver (Mauf), and his colleague, who also assembled the bedroom furniture, were very polite and respectful of our house. They asked us where we wanted the furniture positioning and put it all in place for us.

All of the furniture packaging was taken away and the bedroom was left clean and tidy.

I would highly recommend Bed Kings and would definitely buy from them again.

I had ordered two bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers. The order came within a couple of days. The top of the cabinet was scratched but a replacement was quickly sent after reaching out to the customer care team. Good experience overall :)

"Absolute appalling service and…"

Absolute appalling service and products. I bought a super king size bed last year from this company and the bed base is below par and definitely not worth the price paid. Firstly, the bed did not come with any instructions, which made it very interesting as the slats were not connected to anything, just individual slats. There was no indication as to how these should be attached so that they do not move around. Secondly the wooden support rails that connect the headboard to the frame keep falling every other 2-3 weeks as the metal bracket that they are supposed to be connected to does not provide sufficient support - this is a u-shaped bracket with nothing underneath it to stop the wooded banisters from falling.
Of course, I have contacted the company, provided them with images and all the details and this was their response:
“Good morning,

I am sorry to see that this has happened to your bed.

The slats are supposed to be attached to the two horizontal bars which would prevent them moving. It is the unbalanced weight on the bed that would account for the issues you have mentioned.”

This of course is not good enough as even is the slats would’ve been connected to the horizontal bars the same issue would carry on occurring with both slats and horizontal bars suffering damage on the long run as the slats are thinner than the bars. It’s a very poor design altogether and the customer service is really not that helpful.
