"Very nice wardrobes but i paid extra…"

Very nice wardrobes but i paid extra for installation.one of the doors has a chip on it the other one has two holes on the inside where the fitters made a mistake and a gap down one side the doors dont shut properly.the chest of drawers which was put together before they delivered the items the drawers dont shut properly
And after receiving an email after my review and supplying them with photographs etc and explaining what is wrong no phone call nothing apart from an e mail asking for part numbers well how is the CUSTOMER supposed to know the part numbers you supplied the wardrobes terrible

We ordered the Barcelona 3 chest and 8 they came a week before we expected them , they emailed us and txt us all through the process , they arrived before the expected delivery time on the day also , this company has been not but fantastic to us , we live down Brighton and ordered on line

All delivered as planned, was kept up to date on delivery times and called back as promised. Really pleased with the furniture. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again

The items I recieved took some time but they were decent items. Although they take a lot of work to assemble. One was missing a piece but the company were very good at getting this sorted. The customer service I recieved was excellent, especially from Chris who got back to me very sharp and was nothing but pleasant the entire time. Chris was such a good customer service rep that any issues I had were almost completely forgotten about due to how quick he was at helping.

Following my email, when I raised an issue with the wardrobe I purchased, I was contacted promptly, an hour or so later. Christoff I spoke to was very professional but friendly and with the attitude to solve a problem. The person took time to listen to me and provided information about how the matters will be dealt with, the expected timescale etc. I was very impressed and didn't feel like I had to argue to achieve a satisfying solution. I can recommend Bed Kings without hesitation. Thank you very much!
