"Fabric Ottoman Bed"

After spending a great deal of time searching for a fabric ottoman bed, we eventually came across one on bedkings. co.UK,
Delivery was prompt and within schedule and advice where to deliver in case, no one was home.
On assembling the bed only to discover we were facing a few issues with the alignment of the 4 bolts, I got in touch with the company, spoke to Chris from the customer support team, and explained the situation, with no hesitation he promised he will sort the issues out A.S.A.P.
He kept me informed of the progress, eventually, all got sorted in a very professional manner, I must say Chris is highly skilled in dealing with a customer complaint on a different level, he is an asset to the company.
My son loves his brand new bed and all win-win.

The customer service is on a par with the actual bed itself which is every bit as good as I hoped. The delivery was carried out by two very competent guys who were very pleasant despite it being near the end of a long Sunday. All in all faultless. Thank you!”

"Bed is good but delivery VERY LATE"

Bed is good , can’t fault the bed or assembly or clean up. THE BIG BUT IS THAT the delivery was extraordinarily late and caused a whole lot of inconvenience. Unless they can deliver on time as stated when placing one’s order, I cannot recommend them. If you don’t mind waiting for 4 weeks after the stipulated delivery time … then you can go for them as the bed itself is fantastic.

Turned up late.
Parts missing.
Pre used cabinet in box.
Took ages to pick up returns.
STILL waiting for refund.
Take ages to reply to emails.

I would say they were useless but they aren’t even that good.
