Good quality sideboard and tv cabinet received. It took a while to put together, but all the parts fitted perfectly and made up with the finished product.

All our bedroom furniture I have bought has been very nice but the delivery took a very long time with only 1 phone call explaining why and promising a date it would be ready waited for a week after date and nothing emailed them and was delivered a few days later.

Communication for delivery from the order point was nil. I had to chase for a delivery date.

Then one week after delivery and assembly three draw runners broke.

Looks nice but very poor quality with many plastic connectors and no glue!

Not even as good as ikea!

Good quality beds, but they need to remember if the beds are made too large they won't go upstairs.
I was happy to purchase an expensive Guest bed for a back room, and newly decorated would be a final touch.
I was impressed with the time they delivered before Christmas, but your fitters represent your Company..that's your brand, get uniforms on and some foot coverings without asking clients for masks!
The bed frame turned up and really believed it should have been made in smaller sections. I purchased a quality 1000 pocket sprung mattress and after my episode with returning the whole unit, they tried to palm off a Honiton mattress to me instead of 1000 pocket spring.That was bad taste, no senior Management spoke to me on a FRIDAY they were meant to, kept me waiting never calling back on the day.
Chris the spoke person was fair but I feel he was told to just close the deal and return my funds and £ 170 lost. It should have been half,
I gave a fitter to use our wet room toilet..I say you should check the drips from you calling card I had to wipe up.
Please pay attention to detail in future!
You also lost a couple of orders for next year I had in mind.

Good product, take more responsibility in future.
