Although we had problems with the order - the original couriers damaged the furniture in transit - Bed Kings extremely hard to organise replacement parts to be sent to us.

Perhaps being a little harsh in knocking off a star, but that's due to their choice of initial couriers and the length of time it took to organise replacements from the manufacturer. However, I can really recommend their after-sales service!

The furniture itself was excellent - very sturdy, excellent instructions, and pleasing quality.

If I could I would give you zero stars as well my stuff was delivered at the age of 78 and unable to walk properly I was told by your delivery people I would have to pay extra for them to carry in from the car or the van to my home so how was I meant to do it then leave it on the street and it was walking by itself I had to then find neighbours who are also elderly themselves and get them to help me in the pouring down rain which has made my health deteriorate and I’m now in Hospital thank you

The two beds in one bed space works well. Great for grandkids over New Year. Had to set adjusting feet on blocks to clear the underbed. Probably not designed for the better quality mattress.

Screws in truckle frame had been sheared off. Fortunately had drill and spare screws.

Still figure it was an above average buy.

Delivery was bang on time, men were very polite and helpful. Haven't finished assembly of everything yet due to Xmas then isolating due to Covid, just the wardrobe left to do and I need help with that. The pieces I have built have been easy to assemble, clear instructions and all the holes line up which is very unusual in flat packed furniture! I haven't swore once 😄 Very pleased with my furniture.
