Furniture arrived as planned. We paid for assembly as the items were for adult with disabilities. After care disappointing as door needs replacing and back of chest of drawers smashed during transit. To date no replies from customer service, have sent photos but not resolved and calls not being answered. Hoping someone will respond considering items are on need of replacing and were paid on full from disability funds.....
