From the minute I ordered my new bed and mattress the service was amazing, I was kept up-to-date, given a time slot down to the hour, no waiting in all day. The delivery guy even carried it upstairs, not dumped at the front door like some other companies.

I have had multiple problems with competitors and came across Bed Kings. I ordered a luxury guest bed £585 with add ons that I really fell in love with. Alyssa Stone fabric is charming, beautiful and really does wonders to catch my guests eyes.

When I came to order online I hadn't updated my address with bank so contacted customer service. Very friendly yorkshireman answered all my questions and helped me with my order via the telephone. Explained process very easily and provided me expectations and timescales.

Day of delivery I was regularly updated and provided a very reasonable three hour window so allowed my day to day chores to be unaffected. My mother is staying with us until further notice and felt it would be a lovely treat for her. We all absolutely love the mattress - We decided to upgrade to the luxury 1000 pocket mattress. I have a funny feeling early nights will be experienced daily hehe any excuse.

The driver and delivery men were polite, very friendly and warming. It has been a while since COVID having visitors inside the house but we couldn't praise the care and attention taken by the drivers. Absolute credit to the business!! The whole experience has been a delight. We are waiting for the new stock to arrive for 2022 exciting times eek!

Great service! We got regular updates on our order and it arrived on time. Well packaged. Easy to screw the headboard to the bed. Quality wood finish & well made. Looks great!

I cannot fault Bed Kings and the quality of the furniture very high standard. Myself and better half are extremely pleased. We did look at reviews prior to ordering and both feel some have been left very unfairly. We will be ordering for Christmas very soon. Ta

I ordered bedroom furniture for my parents as a moving in present. There have been delays for obvious reasons but the customer care team have kept me informed and made sure items have been delivered as soon as possible. My parents are delighted with the items delivered so far, they are the largest items so really appreciate Oates the CST chasing these up for me.

Finally the CST are just so caring and understanding. So helpful and polite. I’ve appreciated their help.
