The delivery was on time and was handled quickly.
All rubbish was removed.
My only complaint is that the bed was erected in such a way that the pull out section to make it in to a double bed was facing the wall > this resulted in me having to lift and turn the entire bed and mattresses around

Cannot fault the company and customer service and delivery etc …but the product was hugely disappointing VERY DIFFICULT TO put together ….very fiddly and tiny hard to read instructions. Took over four hours plus. Black wood is scratched and marked already.

very nice furniture, but a long waiting time for it.
the furniture was available on the website, after ordering and paying, it turned out that I had to wait until they would bring furniture from another country. I've been waiting for them for over a month.

I was away on holiday visiting my daughter in Spain and whilst there I decided to check out a few beds on line. I came across bed kings and saw the most amazing bed that I had ever seen. I had a live chat with Chris and he was soo helpful. I arranged for my bed to be delivered for a certain time, however I became unwell and had to delay the delivery date. Each time I spoke to Chris he was kind and patient with me..assuring me that my bed would be safe until I felt better. My journey with Bed kings will remain with me for life..Chris has been unstintingly supportive. Bed kings do not just care about the money they care about the people ,they go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy and satisfied. I am extremely pleased with every thing. I am glad I chose them over all the other bed companies. Chris you are my hero .

I had an appointment at hospital that morning. My daughter was in attendance for delivery the two me who delivered the beds were pleasant and very puzzled as they had no idea how it all went together and there was no diagram or picture to help them. My daughter found picture on the net and between them they worked it out after some time. The beds are very comfy and fit the bill perfectly. Enclosing some instructions or even a diagram might help in the future.
