"Faulty item"
I received my order and straight away noticed that one of the drawers would not open, I emailed customer service straight away and am yet to receive a reply, this is now over a week ago. I have emailed photos and videos to show the fault.

Wrote a complaint about our bedside table in January and had absolutely no response. We've had our furniture less than a year and it's already chipped away, clearly of a poor quality. I asked for a replacement and they did nothing. Very disappointing.

The customer service was lacking. I had to chase three times to secure my delivery slot. The guys that came to assemble my bed were polite and got on with the job.

Friendly and efficient team delivered the bed in the stated time slot (phoned 30 minutes beforehand to let us know they were nearly there), assembled it and took all the packaging away. Bed Kings were also happy to hold our item while we waited for a new carpet to be fitted. Great service, would recommend.
