Heated vest way too small. I usually wear a L or XL at most.
Ordered 3Xl and it was 6 inches from even closing the vest.
Size chart totally inaccurate and had to pay for return shipping.
Did get refund (- shipping cost) with 1 week of item being returned.
OverHalf easy to deal with but the product itself was very disappointing.

I still haven't received my order I ordered it on the 2nd of December it has been well over two weeks I ordered these boots for my father for Christmas and still haven't got them very frustrated this is the only site that has not delivered me my Christmas gifts this year

I ordered something from you and after over 30 days and 4 e-mails I never received it. You charged my credit card for it. You said it was delivered on 12/15/2018 but it never was. Now you won't even get back with me, so I called my credit card company and told them what happen. So they can deal with you now.
