the worse website and customer service I ever work with. imagine I bought a gift for my daughter birthday for more than a month, without getting any right answer from the customer service team.(they keep sending me a link to track it and when you click on it)its completely blank with no info.

Ordered boots on 11/23/18. As of 12/18/18 the boots haven't arrived. Had conversation by email with customer service and was told they were on time with their time frame of up to 21 working days. So I am still waiting. Will not order from them again.

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE"
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ordered a vest in an XXXL, knowing that clothing made in China tends to run small. The vest that arrived will barely fit my size Medium daughter! I have written to OverHalfSale twice asking how to return and get a refund, but no response. I am going to try to to put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN.

If I could give no stars, that is what I would give Overhalf.com. I ordered some Christmas gifts for my grandniece on December 2. The price was ok,maybe a little less than other sites,HOWEVER, I finally received part of the order YESTERDAY! I tried to check where the packages were about a week after ordering. When I clicked on the link, it sent me to some Chinese website. It was very confusing. If I had known this was coming from China,I would not have ordered. I wanted to refuse delivery but did not realize that the package was coming by regular post. I am sending the package back and I want a FULL REFUND.
It should have been stated up front that the items were coming from China and would take over 2 weeks to be delivered. I ordered the same items from Amazon and got them in 3 days!
If you intend to stay competitive in today’s online market, you really need to step up your game! I will NEVER order from Overhalf again!
