"Would highly recommend"
We started the program in January after our son, who is 10, refused overnight in early December to go back to school and then affected all of his other activities. It was a shock as he had never missed school unless unwell. But since the beginning of the school year he was struggling more due to various causes (we are also waiting ADHD assessment). This program is the only place where we have been explained how anxiety works. Our son and our family life has improved already a lot since december, we are doing lots of things together. So we are looking forward to what is to come. The zoom meetings are invaluable to share experiences and get anwsers for day to day struggles (which again we didn't get anywhere else). Regarding the question of qualifications, when did passion stopped being important? and don't you get qualifications when you learn about a specific topic? Our son's teacher has qualifications and still she is a big part of the anxiety...the therapists we saw had qualifications and still our son didn't feel like talking to them and they didn't explain or answer any questions. So I recommend to give it a try, you get more for your money.

"Great experience and results so far!"
We have just finished the first part of the program which focuses on the home environment and bringing down the focus and anxiety. What a resounding success. We thought we were good parents but weren't aware of many things that we were doing out of love that might cause or sustain anxiety in our little girl. Many, I'd say most, of the key anxiety traits and behaviours that she was displaying previously have gone, we have a happy and more confident little girl back, the home is great and fun, and us as parents are appreciating some more 'us' time. We are so happy with the results from this first section, and we haven't even involved our daughter yet! High hopes for the next stages where our daughter will join the program and hopefully we continue this forward trajectory. Thank you!

"This Programme Works"
Important to know... you are in safe and experienced hands when you join this programme! It delivers, without question, the changes it confidently describes. We have completed the first section of this programme and it totally transformed in days our energy, focus and stress levels in the home. This is without doubt the best thing we have done, and we have tried a lot of things over many years.
This programme is extremely well thought-out. The illuminating information from Sam's stirring videos about anxiety and physiology and the parents zoom sessions combine to arm you with knowledge, guidance and solid, practical advice. Parent coaching has been delivered with warmth and focus by the extremely skilled, experienced and professional Hannah. The generosity of the scores of parents sharing this experience on the calls also provides learning and community. It is an active and positive experience which gives you your sense of agency and optimism back.
In value for money terms, no intervention for anxiety we have tried has delivered close to this. The access to learning materials is excellent and level and amount of tailored support you can call on is fantastic. The platform and tech delivering the activity functions really well and is easy to navigate. Best of all, it is one organisation delivering the whole package to both parents and children. Joined up thinking at its finest!
We will now embark on the next element of our programme. We have ultimate confidence we are in the right place for our children at last and that we can do the work required and face the challenges ahead. Sam and the Young Vibes Team, thank you for your tenacity, passion and conviction in getting this programme out to people who need it. You are exactly who you say you are.
If you are a parent of a child with anxiety...when everybody tells you to 'do something for you', do this. Best bit of 'self-care' we've ever done, with real results!!!

"Back at school! "
We’ve just/ finally completed the stage where the children are introduced to the programme and watch videos to learn about their anxiety. Our daughter is now at school most days and taking the tube there herself. Recovery certainly isn’t linear, but every day feels like we’re moving in the right direction- and we are so far from where we started (school refusal, self harm, binge/ purging) so things are positive! The best part for me is being able to remain calm when things seem to go backwards and not allowing myself to get ‘in the pit’ with her!

"Highly Recommend"
I have just completed Bee and I knew a lot about anxiety but this was next level information delivered in such a way that made so much sense. It made me realise all the ways in which my behaviour would have contributed to my daughter feeling worse, thank heavens for this program, because the behaviour and atmosphere has shifted. There is a Gap in the system for children and parents and this provides the missing pieces of information and strategies to actually see change and shifts at home with your child. I highly recommend the program and I am super excited for phase 2 and how my daughter is going to blossom and change as a result. :) Thank you so much Young Vibes.

"This is what we needed to break the cycle..."
We are about a third of the way in to the programme and have learnt so much already. We couldn't have carried on the way things were going. Our house had become a very tense, upsetting and shouty place to be, it was affecting all of us. We needed to change something and so far this has been extremely helpful in getting us to see where we were going wrong, to reset and regroup. Our daughter is much more calmer, is more rational in her thinking and I have learnt how my anxieties have filtered down to impact her. I have also learnt not to talk to her in a way that treated her like she was a toddler (I will save that silly voice for the dog and the cat).
Hannah's zoom calls are so, so interesting and helpful and the group calls make you feel like you are not alone and not the only family going through this.
Members of staff at our daughter's school told us this company were "under investigation", that they were "preying on vulnerable and desperate parents". Rubbish. I don't care if they are under investigation (I don't think that's even true), we have only had positive experiences and results so far and cannot wait to continue with what's next. We have spent a great deal less money on this program than if we were paying for a counsellor, which our daughter would NEVER have engaged with, certainly not the way she was feeling at the time everything was escalating.
It is not an overnight fix and it needs dedication and an open mind, but from our experience, it has all been worth it, even up to this point.

"I have completed the Bee section of the…"
I have completed the Bee section of the programme and have found it extremely useful and reassuring. I now have the understanding, tools and hope that my daughter can recover from crippling anxiety.
Hannah’s zoom calls have been supportive and constructive and have given me the courage to implement changes in my approach.
I look forward to my daughter receiving support as she joins the programme.

"Completed Bee and Dragonfly"
Just completed bee and Dragonfly and I have developed a deeper understanding of anxiety, causes and adrenaline. This has helped me support our child. The zoom sessions are great and they make you realise that there are lots of other families going through similar challenges. The advice on shifting behaviours is helpful and we can see a difference. Looking forward to next stage.

"Casting a light on the blind spots"
The programme is a very powerful one in that it creates a whole new perspective on parenting. Without knowing it, I began to see how my own anxiety was adding fuel to the fire. Understanding that dynamic has been key to the possibility of a more hopeful future. The course is run incredibly well. The coaches are welcoming and attentive. Seeing that you are not alone by listening to other parents is also very consoling. For the first time in ages, I feel that we can get through this and out the other side.
