"RUBBISH!!!"

Received a quilt which was damaged. I have been in communication with this company and tried to get replacement. They are putting everything in the way to try and get me to accept a discount for a quilt where the stuffing is coming out. As I want a perfect quilt which is fit for purpose' I have had to send many r-mails rejecting discount as issue will,more than likely, worsen. I am disabled so this is a real hassle.

Purchased a bed set but was very disappointed with it.
Terrible quality product, loose stitching and so thin it was semi transparent. The material is so rough, it’s like sleeping between two sheets of sandpaper.
I don’t recommend this product at all.

I've had good experiences from this seller, reading that they've had bad reviews, all my purchases have been fine, one missing item from my order but they dealt with it straight away and delivered the next day, the customer service I received Was excellent keeping updated at all times, I can't rate the quality of products as not put up yet but from what I paid and what I've seen it's pretty good, with renovating my home most still in packaging ready to be put up, tbh for the price you pay, if I wanted super quality for the type of curtains I received you would normally pay well over £200 for and I paid less then £35, so really the quality is the manufacturer error not the seller I suppose, I will continue to purchase from this seller its always been a pleasant transaction. People do expect amazing quality for little money but you get what you pay for on a budget.

"Avoid - false description and poor customer service"

Ordered curtain poles that said "contains hold backs" in title and description but they did not arrive. Order summary also said they were included. When I called to query why hold backs were missing they said it was a mistake on their website and I should have selected hold backs as an additional item at extra cost. They said they wouldn't honour my order despite their website saying they were included. Dreadful false advertising and customer service. I will be contacting Trading Standards
AVOID buying from them.

I bought a rug , they havent let know about the order , I emailed them had no answer but in 3 days after my purchase they emailed me tracking number and delivered my item in 5 days. I am happy with my purchase and the delivery time .

IT'S A SCAM - BEWARE!
Very poor quality products, and they don't provide refunds even when you can confirm they've received the products back. Then you get LOADS of marketing mail that they won't stop sending.
Reported them to Action Fraud and the Information Commissioner's Office
