"DISSAPOINTED IMPERIAL ROOMS"

DISAPOINTED can't use 2 rugs ,so have bought elswhere to replace them,why ,imperial rooms do not know difference between RED & BERGUNDY the rugs advertised as hallway runner red Greek, and red rugs shown ,but they are not THEY ARE BERGUNDY ,MAROON NOT RED.

What a waste of time
This company is. I order and I get no tracking advice.
I chase them and they say it’s lost: I ask them to resend fast track and they say they can’t and refund. Will
Take up to five days. What money takes
Five days to travel in this day and age.

"Damaged throw"

I ordered a throw from them when it arrived the colour which was meant to be grey was more of a silvery blue there were problems with the dye patches of darker colour there was also problems with the material it was scrunched up and the dye was off in those places.I had problems with the return too I was told to send it back for a refund I emailed them the postage costs which they ignored completely and refunded me only the price of the throw I was out of pocket £6.30 and all for a damaged throw that had to be returned bad customer service. Not happy at all.

Don’t buy From this site!!!! the item I received was nothing like the colour on the website and all returns are down to you and this item cost me nearly half the price to return to what I paid to buy it.

Note to self …..Always read the returns policy

I was personally assisted with my Imperial Rooms order by a very competent advisor named Jodie. She went out of her way to assist me at every turn and ensured that I had the dates and times of deliveries as my order consisted of two shipments. I couldn’t rate her highly enough and because of this, I will definitely be ordering from Imperial Rooms in the future.

I can now confirm the payment is in my account. However this has taken since the 4th March 2021.
Thank you for personally sorting this out it’s such a shame I had to make these reviews to have my money refunded to me when it should have been so simple.

"Be very careful when buying anything, they are very misleading."

I purchased a 4 piece bedding set that was advertised as egyptian cotton, but when it arrived it was 100% cotton, these are not the same thing. I wrote to complain, they replied quickly and offered a 15% refund. I will not be using them again.

"Terrible customer service"

I have edited this review and improved rating as imperial rooms have no sent me a replacement item.
However I am not taking the review down customers should not have to take to review sites in order to receive fair customer service.

My original review
Do not touch this company with a bargepole we have been previous customers and spent hundreds of pounds with them over the years on this occasion I placed an order for a throw priced at a mere £12:99 including postage we receive notification from Royal mail that the parcel had been delivered when in fact it had not we were home at the time I received a text message.
I contacted Imperial rooms to tell them of the issue that we experienced and asked them to chase up with Royal mail delivery had clearly been sent to the wrong address.
Our property is completely covered by CCTV so there would’ve been no issue with me providing evidence to Royal mail that the delivery service did in not in fact attend our property when stated.
I asked imperial rooms to resend the item that we did not receive and Was gobsmacked to be told that we had to chase Royal mail ourselves and that they were not doing anything to ensure we received the item that we had paid for.
It’s only when you have an issue that a company shows its true colours and this company certainly has.
Should trust pilot require evidence this is a genuine complaint our order number is 27191
