*Be warned* TERRIBLE service - ordered on 29th Jan 2021 and received tracking reference with update saying it had been dispatched to Royal Mail, however I still had not received the item 5 working days later. Rang up Customer Service (no response via email) to chase and was told I should've received an email notifying me item was out of stock shortly after ordering on 29th. I was also previously lied to as they had said it had been sent to Royal Mail when in fact there never was a parcel. No real apology received from Customer Service team. Only solution offered was refund and then allegedly issued, but have still not received an email confirmation stating this. Very disappointed - would not buy again.

Still not received my refund, company are ignoring emails
Purchased Total Blackout Blinds, when we put them up they werent total blackout at all, customer services said they arent total blackout even though the packaging says that they are total blackout, they were returned on the 6th Jan 2021 and received back on the 13th
They told me on the 8th Jan 2020 the package is in transit so your refund will be processed at the time of delivery

I ignored all the 1 star reviews but unfortunately found them to be correct. As is clearly documented by others, despite a clear return policy on their website, they deal with returns simply by not responding to the email the site says you need to write to request a refunding effectively refuse to accept any returns despite their legal requirements to do so.

Purchased a sofa cover on 29/01/2020, sent it back as the colour was not what I expected. The return was made in the correct delay. I am still waiting for a refund. The company has been very unhelpful and has just told me this item was never found in their warehouse, therefore I cannot receive the refund. I am still waiting for a refund!

I ordered a bedding set online that looked lovely in the images, when the set arrived I was extremely disappointment with the awful, cheap quality.
I paid £15 to return it and have still not received a refund after almost 1 month. I called them to ask where the refund is and they assured me I’d get my refund... still nothing!

"Appalling service"
Appalling service. Bedding on arrival was marked, stitching lose and panel sewn in. Returned and heard nothing, rang and told refund within 24hours, which did not happen. Rang again and was asked to provide postage tracking number as they were disputing ever received it. Thank goodness this was to hand, and due to this money was refunded. Will never use again. Word of advice, Ensure you keep all receipts.
