Original order came with cracked vents, and then 4 months later one of the hinges on the French Windows just randomly snapped off.

I spoke to Technical who asked for some pictures, which I sent by email to the address on the invoice as instructed. (Which they said they never received!) I then resent, and they then promptly refused liability and have made me purchase a replacement hinge at my own cost.

They claimed it was my fault!

They delivered wrong sized glass, not enough panel (3 panes ordered, 2 delivered), sent one man on delivery team so had to unload bifold doors myself despite £90 delivery fee, took two weeks to get it resolved before Christmas calling every day, had to pay extra for fitters to come out again and refit the doors due to issues

They can’t respond when complained about
