"I was really excited about using these but…."

I was really excited about using these products as they are exactly what I was looking for my new business. The design process was great and the team was very attentive. However, when it came to receiving the product, my dissatisfaction began. I loved how they came out but over the weeks I’ve had them, the lack of quality has definitely stood out. When I write on the forms, it never copies over to the last sheet. It’s a 3 sheet form and I have tried all the pens I could but the last sheet simply does not get any ink to it. As much as I would love to give 5 stars, I can’t due to not being able to even use the last shests which I paid extra for.
