Excellent Customer Service across all departments. Purchase although made remotely was very well organised and efficient. Megan provided great assistance and delivered on all the timeframes. I would definitely recommend Chorley Motors.

"Outstanding service"

What can I say but absolutley outstanding service from Darren from start to finish .I'm still speechless now after getting a New Nissan Juke in a month and this is all down to Darren and his exceptional service. He was so friendly smiling helpful so very helpful that I was amazed at the outstanding person he is. He made the whole process easy and quick and gave me best news..he is so experienced that you feel conformable and at ease with how the results will turn out and what he has done today was fantastic. Thank you Darren for making the experience perfect. One in a million 😀😊

"Terrible Service"

We bought our car from Chorley Group - Blackpool Kia this year and there is a problem with it. We contacted Chorley Group Kia to arrange to take it in and they cannot fit it in until 17th December. The likelihood is extremely high that this car will no longer be running by then.
Thankfully, we contacted the Kia dealership in Bolton can get us in much earlier. Thank you KIA Bolton! This is extremely disappointing Chorley Group - Blackpool Kia.

This is to thank Darren for his help today . The whole experience was faultless from start to finish . It was not an easy one as he had to sort out a few hiccups (ours) not his . I would recommend this group and staff but especially Darren .
So very happy with his treatment of us so thanks Darren so much for today .

"Fantastic Customer Experience "

Fantastic Customer Service

What a great experience I received from Sean Black ,Peugeot Blackpool.

I was kept updated every step of the way, it was great to receive photos when my vehicle arrived at the dealership.

I live in Scotland, every Peugeot dealer in Scotland quoted a delivery time for April 2025, I placed my order with Sean on 28 August 2024, and picked up car on 16th October 2024.

The service was second to none, & Sean certainly went the extra mile with every aspect of buying a new car.

I would personally give 0 stars if this is an option.
Brought a second hand car on the 28th of June, 20 minutes later the clutch went and I was left in the middle of a junction with my kids in the car. The sales manager failed to call back to speak to me afterwards I asked to speak to Mark (manager, apparently). The clutch got fixed and I got the car back, the mechanic noticed the aircon was low so apparently topped it up. Two weeks later the aircon failed. I took it back, got told no leak and it should be fixed. 2 weeks later the aircon is broken again! I then took it to Nissan in Ormskirk and they looked at it and showed A/C condenser is basically falling to pieces, the pipes aren't connected and there is no seal to this. A little confused how Wigan did not spot this.... I was given a 12 month warrantee from Wigan. Now they are failing to speak with the Ormskirk branch to arrange the repairs. I do not want to go back to Wigan given their incompetent failures. AVOID WIGAN branch. It has to be said, Ormskirk have been very good and are still trying their best to sort out the warrantee with Wigan. I have asked to speak to Wigan multiple times and Mark has said he's too busy........ Car still not fixed at this point.....

"Terrible attitude from Wigan branch"

It was about the branch in Wigan.

Extremely terrible! Have been asking many times for service plan details since June 24, but still not yet reply till now (Oct 24).

Booked online on 20/9 a repair check up on 4 Oct 2:30pm due to car problems. On 4/10, the staff said no booking was found. I showed the staff my email conversation. She replied "this is just a booking, not a confirmation". Another staff said (with an arrogant and impatient face) "I called you yesterday myself, trying to tell you we couldn't arrange a courtesy car. But you didn't answer the call".

They cancelled also my diagnosis booking simply because courtesy car couldn't be arranged?!

I told them the e-padel and break were having problem recently. They didn't care and said the best they could do was to book me in 2 weeks later. And I had to arrive in the morning instead of afternoon. They never reserve any courtesy car for afternoon, and no diagnosis could be done by arriving in the afternoon.

(But I booked on 20/9 for a diagnosis at 2:30pm on 4/10. It took them 2 weeks to call me on 3/10)

Utterly irresponsible. Shameful. My car still have warranty. How could they do this?? Don't even care if it is about the brake!

(Chorley's 1st response was deleted after my above reply. Its 1st response was saying Mark has already contacted me to resolve the problem.)

I don't know why you deleted your 1st reply. It was weird. But David's newest email to me (same as the reply here) was also weird. David claims he has contacted me but the number was not on service. But your colleague said they had called me on 3/10 telling me no courtesy car could be provided. So who was telling lie?
Rachel: I don't know what your true underlying message was by saying below Chorley is a family-run business. All I care is responsibility. Cancelling a diagnosis which was booked for 2 weeks without a valid reason is not responsible. Leaving a car, still under warranty, with a potential break problem running on a street is another irresponsible behaviour. Telling lie (either Mike, David or other staff, or all of them) in this public platform is the 3rd evidence of your irresponsibility. I have not yet mentioned the attitude of the two staff at your Wigan branch. All these add to my repeated disappointment.
