Recently purchased a car from Kia Blackpool and found the whole experience faultless. Dealt with David and because I'm not local to Blackpool all the communication prior to collection was by phone. As I had never purchased a car this way before I was a little nervous about the process but everything was exactly as David had described. Very pleased with the car. Conner who I dealt with was a trainee salesman.
Have got to say he was a very pleasant and helpful person to deal with. He went through the car and explained everything and how it worked. If he wasn’t sure about some of the paperwork he took advice from his manager Adam who was also very pleasant and helpful.
I will definitely recommend the ‘The Chorley Group’ and these two people that I have just dealt with to my family and friends.
All in all the five stars was very well deserved.

I have had mixed experiences with Chorley Group. Over the years, I have consistently used them for servicing my Nissan vehicles and appreciated their good service initially. Recently, I faced some issues with an MOT test where they recommended costly repairs that I felt were unnecessary. Despite this setback, the friendly and helpful staff, particularly in the sales team, have previously made my visits pleasant. My partner and I found the car sales process accommodating and informative, especially when purchasing a new Isuzu as the service was impressive. While there are areas for improvement, such as better communication regarding vehicle assessments, the group's overall consistency, knowledgeable staff, and excellent sales service mean they are a decent choice. 4 stars for the reliable sales support and friendly atmosphere at Chorley Nissan.
