Bought car from Paul. The process was very painless; there was no hard sell, it was a case of you either want the car or you don’t. Very professional and very transparent throughout. Paul was great, after first viewing of our new car, I put a reservation fee down and was able to view it a couple of times before finally making the decision to buy. Everything went through smoothly with just a simple bank transfer. Elected to purchase the 12 month extended warranty with RAC cover.. very pleased overall

On the 15th of January I visited the Blackpool branch and spoke to a very approachable gentleman by the name of Andrew (Pratt-Fryer).
I couldn't believe it when I found out after choosing & purchasing a pre loved car from him, he had only been there a few weeks.
His knowledge, customer service & first class attention to my needs were met, as well as explaining everything I needed to know along the way in simple terms, making it a very smooth journey throughout.
There was no pressure, no forceful/clever selling techniques so I literally felt like I was in the Driving seat & comfortable with his expertise .
I was also very impressed with Adam who I spoke to on a couple of occasions as well.
The professionalism, friendliness & respect I received from both of them was second to none. I have no hesitation at all in recommending them to friends & family.

I visited Chorley Nissan after booking an appointment for a test drive I spoke with Chantel Pola and arranged a time that afternoon , I received a short video from Chantel who spoke to confirm my appointment and she also quickly showed the car in the showroom , I was straight away impressed by Chantel and her professionalism in speaking well and I knew from that short film I was seeing a lady who knew her craft , on meeting Chantel later that day she greeted me with a stunning smile and hand shake , Chantel asked me many questions re my requirements and answered my questions , whilst I drank the lovely coffee Chantel had made for me , I was then escorted to the vehicle and Again very professionally Chantel showed me all the controls and other items on the car and on my request Chantel let me drive off for my test drive and I was told to take as long as I wanted “ of course within reason “ so yes I did put the car through its paces but not at all breaking any laws or pushing the car , I just wanted to try the vehicles controls etc , on returning I was met by Chantel who made me another coffee and we chatted re the vehicle and I have gone ahead on the contract to buy , Re Chantel in all my years dealing with many main agents and “ MEN ONLY “ industry I found it very refreshing to have SUCH A LOVELY YOUNG POLITE LADY who wanted to know my requirements and answered every question of mine she also showed me how the electric plug worked and asked me to try it , even if I could get in or out ok she dealt with everything , never have I had a sales man being so profecional polite , Chantel honestly is tops in all my years of driving and I really hope her manager reads this feedback and higher up also as I personally feel if there was more Lady sales woman then the “ smarmy salesman image would not apply and as a buyer you would achieve more sales Chantel needs to be teaching other woman on her lovely caring professional sales etiquette , I entered the garage as a customer and shook hands with Chantel and on leaving I asked for a hug as Chantel made me feel happy , and like a treasured customer , I personally would like to see Chantel furthering her career and running her own dealership as a general manager , and be I’d hope the first all female dealership ❤️ Thank you Chantel for all your help and the coffee and your lovely kind attitude your a credit to Nissan and they should be great ful to have you working for them your a very much needed breath of fresh air the motor industry needs

"Excellent customer service skills "

This will be the third car I have purchased from Chorley Nissan. I live in Bath and still choose to purchase my car from here. The customer service is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble and they really do their best to get the best deal.
When my new car arrived I couldn’t view it being so far away so Vijay filmed it all and gave such an informative description and explained what everything was.
The car was delivered to my door by the overly Karen who remembered bringing me my last one. Those small touches mean a lot.
