"Issue with Composite Front Door Installation"

I had a composite front door installed by Britelite in October 2024. However, it had not been installed correctly so Britelite had to arrange for the door and whole frame structure to be removed and reinstalled in December 2024. I was disappointed to hear that, after Britelite fell short of installing the door to correct standard the first time and the inconvenience this caused me - which included having to put up with a draft coming into the house from a gap between the door and the frame until the matter was rectified, Britelite did not consider a small goodwill gesture was appropriate in the circumstances.

Therefore, in the spring when I am intending to replace a patio door and possibly windows in my property, I will not be using Britelite.

I would, however, say that on the second installation the issue appears to have been rectified.
