I was excited that the costumes are made to order. I ordered a Halloween costume a bit more than a month before Halloween. I live in the USA. After ordering, they told me that they couldn't make and deliver the costume to the USA in time for Halloween and would give me a refund and 10 percent off my next purchase.
Though I was disappointed, I was impressed by their honesty to me of what they can deliver.
I rated 4 stars only because I don't have a product to rate. I'd say 5 stars for customer service.
Can't state enough how much I appreciated their honesty!!

Hadn’t realised when ordering that it was coming from china.
When I realised luckily within 24 hours I asked them to change the size from medium to large. They did this immediately and a week later my costume arrived. It was great quality a bit long but I am short. Very pleased with the service and the costume. Would order again.

Ordered online from what I thought was a uk based company . Goods arrived , sizing was awful and quality very poor . Asked to return for a refund to be told sell it on eBay or pay for return to China . Refunds policy is non exsisitent . Asked to take photos of clothes . Don’t buy from this company if you want any sort of returns policy
