"Terrible quality and they make returns/refunds impossible!"

SCAMMERS!! They will make it extremely difficult to return anything or get a refund. Quality of items is terrible. One outfit i ordered half of it was missing and what arrived was severely damaged. They say on their website they offer returns for 2 weeks after, what they dont say is nobody will respond to emails for a week, they wont provide any return details, they will insist on you sending pictures of what you dont like and then try and negotiate options with you, and keep ignoring refund/return requests.

Quality is terrible for cosplays, ive been better off using amazon, or the other cosplay sites. AVOID!

UPDATE- they are refusing to refund me a completely destroyed hat they sent me, until i remove this review, and another outfit i ordered, was notified as delivered at the same time as the damaged product, and still hasnt arrived

Amazing cosplay! One of my favourite cosplays I own! The quality is great, the price is great, what you get given is great! It’s so comfortable to wear and it really looks good as well. I got Ashley graham from RE4 and it really looks like her outfit! So pleased and happy.

"Title not accurate for included contents"

Decent quality for the price I would say, the sizes are pretty accurate for UK traditional sizes. Biggest issue is that the title says it comes with everything but the description says only coat,shirt, pants and gloves. I got all that and wig but no weapon so neither the title or description was right. The gloves you might as well throw away and get better ones too.

I absolutely love this website. I've ordered almost all my cosplays from here and I have never had a bad purchase from them. The quality is great, and the shipping is very quick. Not to mention they have almost every costume you can think of.

I ordered a Witcher cosplay, tiok a while to get posted but they responded to me when I enquired about it very quickly and prioritised it.

I was worried because although it is a .co.uk website it comes from China but delivery was pretty good and what was delivered was really good. No complaints from me.

"Not worth returning so be careful"

I want to return and exchange a order. I have emailed twice within the 2 day time frame they say to and i have had a reply on 4th day. I have a very upset autistic son now because he's not going to get his outfit in time or even at all now. They either want me to return it which will cost approx £11 because they're based in China (which is misleading because it's co.uk web address) or they will give me 10% of purchase back. To me this is not acceptable.
