From the initial visit to the website where I had an online chat with Rick, until the day of delivery, the customer service has been superb. It arrived in under 24 hours from placement of order, I received tracking information and communication from HADO until it arrived at the door. Two employees put it together, they didn't have any issues, and any queries were resolved by using the online pages. I'm very happy with the product. It moves fluidly through the different heights and looks great. I can not recommend HADO enough.

"Standing desk for a radiologist with 3 high-res monitors!"

I ordered a desk for my son on a Saturday. On Sunday, I realised I'd asked for the wrong top, so I rang HADO expecting the usual long call centre delays. Instead, it was Rick that answered the phone. He was just processing my order - on a Sunday! - and was able to correct my error there and then. We were kept well informed about delivery and the desk arrived at my son's home on the morning on the day specified. He is a radiologist who needed a desk strong enough to take three high resolution monitors and associated hardware. While it took him a morning to assemble it all, he's delighted with it. Now he's got used to standing, he has found it has increased the period for which he can concentrate - clearly vital for someone in his line of work. So thanks, Rick, for an excellent product and service!

I'm somewhat behind on leaving a review for HADO having purchased my desk from them in 2021, but I can safely say that a year later, purchasing a desk from them was one of the best choices I've made!

From the get-go the HADO team were in direct contact with me, offering me help and support. Within two days of ordering, the desk was with me. Construction was as simple as it could be, and it worked like a dream once built.

A year later, I've had absolutely zero issues with the desk. The motors have and continue to work super smoothly, even with regular use. The finish on the desk is top notch and has proven to be extremely sturdy - As accident-prone as I can be, I've yet to even leave a nick or scrape on it!

They offer a wide range of sizes for desks, one of which fit my requirements like a glove, enabling me to lay out my office exactly as planned while granting me more than enough desk space.

The additional extras I got with the desk (cable holes and cable tray) have made cable management an absolute doddle, keeping my desk looking neat and tidy, free from cable clutter.

I've had so many positive comments from friends and family too on the desk, with them often being shocked at the speed and smoothness that it raises and falls. Not only a great desk, but a great talking point!

If you're looking for a motorised sit/stand desk in the UK, I truly cannot recommend HADO enough, and continue to sing their praises to anyone who asks me about my desk, or are looking to purchase one themselves. Fantastic team with fantastic products.

We have been using our 2 new HD3 Corner Desks for the last week and I have to say they are quite epic. Really good comms before hand and delivered effectivley the next day via courier, well packed and protected. Zero issues putting them together nice and straight forward and the youtube videos were invaluable. Would definately reccomend these as the service and delivery to date has been exemplary. Add to that the 7 year warranty on everything, no competitors get anywhere near this, and peace of mind is assured. Thanks to everyone at HADO!!!

I purchased the HD1 electric adjustable desk from HADO and I could not be happier with both the product and the service received. The desk itself is exactly what I wanted, solid and great looking in walnut, it was also easy to assemble. Although it’s early days I can already tell this desk is going to save my back due to the different heights, and I can finally stand and work comfortably during the day which is a massive bonus.. As for the service I’d like to praise Rick in particular, he gave me a call about my order as I mucked up the postcode, from then on he gave me updates on my order and where is was etc, he really was first class!

Overall I would whole heartedly recommend these guys as the product and service are top class

Ordered my very first standing desk from HADO as the reviews were good. Ordering was easy and I had good clear communications all the way through from buying until delivery. Customer service was phenomenal and they went above and beyond to make sure I was aware of the status of my delivery, making sure it arrived safely and that I was happy. This is how companies should be run and that's reflected in the good reviews they get. The desk itself is really stable with brilliant build quality and was easy to put together.
