"Brilliant experience!"

Desk came on time first thing in the morning, my patner answered the door because i was working and the delivery driver was kind enough to bring the package into the house so my partner didn't struggle and also so it wasn't left in the rain, so I appreciated that.

The desk its self was really easy to put together, instructions where really clear! Only problem I had was that I couldn't work out how to unlock the desk so it would go up or down, so I contacted customer service and within 5 minutes got a call back and got the desk unlocked.

Over all, brilliant experience and if I ever needed a desk again I would 100% buy again!

"Called HADO multiple times to get an…"

Called HADO multiple times to get an understanding of standing desks they offer - delivery times - and also building time. Spoke to Rick twice and on both occasions was very knowledgeable. Assisted me over the phone and on their live chat feature on the website. He showed me current customers tables to get an idea of the colours of the desks. Was told 4 weeks for delivery as the desks are bespoke. But was called later the same week advising they had the desk I ordered in stock and in the size I ordered. Desk was delivered within one week by FEDEX - 6 separate large and heavy parcels. Building time was about 2 hours instructions and YouTube links provided by Rick also helped. Excellent service great company. :)

"One solid, quality desk!"

I've had my HADO desk for a week or so now and have nearly got to full-time standing. It's a wonderful piece of engineering. I was mildly concerned that it would wheeze with my three monitors, desktop PC and assorted peripherals and nonsense on my desk, but I think I could probably lie on this thing and have it lift my 100kg body up and down without breaking a sweat.

After contacting HADO to delay the delivery by a day as I had an emergency at work (which they did without question), the setup was a breeze. There are some PDF instructions which I ignored and just watched the YouTube videos. All pretty simple to be honest, it's not that much harder than building IKEA furniture, it'll just last 1000x longer and comes with a MASSIVELY LONG guarantee.

I opted for the two-hole model and added on the cable tray, which is, I think, an absolute must. Unless you like the mess of a billion cables all over the place. Now I have about four and it's neat is a pin.

I may opt for the under-desk draw accessory at some point and maybe some pedestals.

Overall I am very impressed with the ordering process, the construction, the quality of the desk and everything in between. Should I ever need another, I know where I'm getting one.
